Innovative Control Systems was founded in 1997 by John Svendor,
Jr., with the purpose of working with new technology and
techniques for the 21st century. Located north of Detroit, MI, the
company is situated close to several major transportation routes,
suppliers, and a manufacturing facilities. The staff has a
cumulative experience of over 100 years in all facets of
manufacturing. We are always looking to expand our experience by
developing new machines for new applications.

Machinist - Part or full-time machinist / machine builder needed.
Experience with basic hand tools, blueprints, and shop equipment
including mill and lathe preferred. CNC and/or welding experience
preferred, but not required.
Designer - Part or full-time designer needed. Must have experience
with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other design software.
Shop Helper/Apprentice - Primary duties include cutting material,
assisting in assembly of machinery, maintaining a clean and safe
working environment, shipping and receiving, and light purchasing.
Experience with basic hand tools and measuring instruments,
basic computer knowledge, and good communication skills
required. There will be plenty of opportunity to learn new skills while
working in a patient and friendly environment. Experience with
equipment including a mill, lathe and CNC is preferred, but not
